Next, Juggernaut will prepare the site by clearing vegetation, leveling the ground, and addressing drainage.

After clearing, we'll lay the foundation (concrete, pilings, etc...) and construct the framework of your building.

Once the framing is complete, we'll run plumbing, electrical, and install HVAC systems.
Interior &
Exterior Finishes
From there, we add walls, roofing, windows, doors, insulation, flooring, and exterior cladding. This is the step that ensures your building is move-in ready.

Are your subcontractors licensed, bonded, insured, and vetted before they work on my job site?
Yes. We require subcontractor agreements as well as they have a certificate of insurance.
Are you a member of professional associations in the building industry?
Yes.
Where do you source your materials from?
We can source specialty items. 95% materials sourced from local suppliers. “We spend money in towns, that money stays in town”
Do your agreements outline all price contingencies explicitly?
Yes, very specific on scope of work. Any changes go through change order process.
Do you offer a guaranteed price option?
No.
Will you provide a written project schedule detailing work completion deadlines?
We do. We have project manager software Builder Trend, offers customer portals where we do all of our scheduling, daily activities, provide images for customers to view progress and oversee any issues. Real-time project management.
Do you have a written policy for handling change orders?
Yes.
How many years of building experience does the Juggernaut team have?
We have 20+ years of building experience.
Does Juggernaut Construction offer design services?
No, we do not.
What is Juggernaut Construction's commitment to communication standards?
We try to overcommunicate. Everyone knows what’s going on every step of the way. From change orders, business as usual, or cost overruns.
Is the Juggernaut crew identifiable by company uniforms, and are they subject to strict behavior policies?
We do not have specific uniforms, but our team members will be wearing branded t-shirts and hats. We hold our employees to a high standard of professionalism.
Do you have a daily clean-up procedure?
Our members are required to leave the work site tidy with tools put away at end of day.
What are your standards for environmentally friendly material selections?
We generally let the customer define that. Some customers don’t want spray foam and some require.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your services?
Workmanship. If we put a roof on and it’s leaking, we’ll fix it. Door sticking, we’ll fix. 90 days.
